Discovering the Healing Power of Nature
In the summer of 2021, I took a huge leap of courage and set out on a 630-mile walk along the South West Coast Path. With nothing but a 20kg backpack and a heart full of determination, I hiked non-stop for eight weeks, camping each night under the stars. Along the way, I encountered breathtaking landscapes, challenging terrains, and the healing power of nature.

Overcoming Personal Obstacles
Despite facing personal obstacles and past trauma, I pushed forward, one step at a time. Each mile I walked was a step towards healing, towards self-discovery, towards becoming the woman I was always meant to be.
Making Amazing Connections
Throughout my journey, I made some incredible friends who shared my passion for adventure and self-discovery. Together, we laughed, we cried, and we supported each other through the toughest moments. The bonds we formed along the way would last a lifetime.
Surviving on the Essentials
With only the supplies in my backpack, I learned the true meaning of survival. Every item I carried was essential, every decision I made was crucial. I embraced the simplicity of life on the trail, finding joy in the little things and gratitude in every sunset.

Writing a Book and Sharing My Story
After completing my epic journey, I felt compelled to share my story with the world. I wrote a book titled "Becoming: A Very Long Walk & The Awakening of a Woman" to inspire others to embark on their own journey of healing and self-discovery. I've been lucky enough to tour around the country, selling hundreds of copies at artisan fairs and speaking to countless people about my transformative experience.

I hope my story inspires you to embark on your own journey of healing and connection. Take that first step towards becoming the person you were always meant to be. Who knows what adventures await you along the way?
